Hello everyone and welcome to our Spring Newsletter and we hope you are all safe and well.
On Sunday 29th January, Chloe George, a Scarboccia member attended the Heathcoat Cup in Newcastle and came away with a Silver medal, which qualifies her for the National Finals in Nottingham on Saturday 29th April and we wish her Good Luck!
Scarboccia were involved with the Inclusive Sport Event facilitated by Scarborough Borough Council, which was held at the Everyone Active Sports Village on Saturday 4 March. This was well attended and we received excellent feedback from the professionals including the new local Community Sport & Health Officer and the Scarborough Borough Council Sports Development Manager on our delivery of Boccia and New Age Kurling, and the knowledge and demonstrations of our skills. Fun was had by all.
